Local delivery:
We offer a direct delivery option (we hand-deliver all of our local orders personally!) to the postcodes below and offer free delivery on online orders over £50 and for customers closest to us. (Please note, only physical products that can be shipped qualify). 

We currently deliver on Friday each week.

If you are willing and able to travel but fall outside our delivery zones, you can always select our FREE Store Pick Up option at checkout for an easy collection option.  

Orders placed by 10am on delivery days will be delivered that day wherever possible.

Rest of UK shipping: 

If you're not in our local delivery zone, we use APC to ship on a 'next day' service (delivery Monday to Friday only. No weekend deliveries). Orders received by midday on Wednesday - Friday will usually ship that day. Orders placed at weekends will be dispatched on the next working day we are open (i.e. orders received after 12pm on Friday through to Tuesday, will be shipped on Wednesday). 

* Next day delivery is not guaranteed and at busy times, there may be a delay but we'll do our best to keep you updated. APC will email with tracking information on the day of delivery. We ship everything on a 'fragile/liquid' service to ensure better care of the package.

We can deliver to the Scottish Highlands for £21. We regret that we cannot deliver internationally or to Northern Ireland.

Click & Collect:

Local customers can choose to collect from either Fuggles Bottle Shop, Fuggles Beer Cafe Tunbridge Wells or Fuggles Beer Cafe Tonbridge. You'll find the "Store Pick Up" option at checkout where you'll also be able to select a collection date.

After your order is placed, you'll receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Unfortunately we cannot hold orders for collection for longer than 7 days unless by prior arrangement. 

Packaging

We use thick walled cardboard boxes where possible and card/paper padding for most orders (basically, we do our best to pack it as safely as possible for its' journey) - we try to avoid plastic wherever possible but will sometimes reuse bubble wrap and biodegradable chips from goods that have been sent to us. We regularly use/recycle packaging we have been sent ourselves - if you would like your order in a fresh box, please let us know!

Substitutions

We make every effort to supply goods as shown on our web site, however occasionally we do have to substitute products for an alternative of equal or greater value, where a valid substitute is available. In the event this needs to happen, we will always attempt to contact you first.

Age Restrictions

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to persons under 18 years of age in the UK. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If our couriers are in any doubt of the age of the recipient of an order they will request photographic ID. In the event that this is not satisfied they are not permitted to leave the delivery.
